He has experience assisting individuals with a range of difficulties including; anxiety, mood, relationship difficulties, stress, workplace concerns, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, identity concerns, and interpersonal difficulties.
Richard’s treatment approach is individualised and draws from a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy.
