Adults & Couples

Our League of psychologists are committed to providing high quality therapy for a variety of mental health concerns for adults of all ages. We use a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach that looks beyond symptoms to understand why you feel or act the way you do so that we can help you to feel more ‘you’.

Speaking to someone and being heard, along with learning new skills to improve your life are just some of the benefits of seeing a psychologist as an adult. Above all, we understand how this time can be disruptive and emotionally difficult. We endeavour to make seeing a psychologist an empowering and uplifting experience.
