About Elizabeth

Elizabeth has a warm and empathic therapeutic approach, with a practical focus on collaboratively helping her clients move towards meaningful and achievable goals. Elizabeth is passionate about assisting people to live more purposeful lives and uses her expertise in a range of evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational interviewing and ACT to do so.

Elizabeth has worked in a variety of clinical settings including primary schools and high schools as a School Psychologist, in rehabilitation and WorkCover as well as a Psychologist at a University based psychology clinic. Elizabeth received intensive clinical training at MindSpot, a renowned clinic at Macquarie University. In this position she provided extensive online and face-to-face assessment and intervention for individuals and groups nationwide who presented with a diverse range of mental health presentations.


Elizabeth has successfully completed specialist training in trauma and is particularly passionate about treating individuals with complex trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). To compliment her current skills-base and foundational training, Elizabeth is undergoing further accreditation in Clinical Hypnosis and Strategic Psychotherapy and is a member of the Australian Hypnotherapist Association.
