Due to limited availability, our books are closed for new assessment intakes until mid-July 2024.
If you’re in need of support sooner, please discuss alternative options with your GP or referring professional.
We appreciate your understanding.
We offer a range of developmental, educational, and diagnostic assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. The assessment aims to highlight the individual’s strengths and areas of difficulty, as well as determine the specific needs and opportunities that will help an individual maximize their potential.
At Nala we assess for ADHD, Autism, learning difficulties, intellectual disabilities, and cognitive assessments for children age 2+, adolescents and adults.
A detailed report will be given to you after the assessment in a feedback session. This time will allow you to go through the results with your clinician and discuss any questions you may have. This report can be helpful for parents, families, teachers, other professionals, and to support applications to various programs or funding. For more detailed information please see our assessment page.
Your initial consultation is an opportunity for you and your clinician to get to know each other, for your clinician to gather all necessary background information, and to ascertain whether a psychometric assessment is the correct path. At the conclusion of this consultation, if appropriate, you will be offered appointment times to book in for the psychometric assessment.
