About Harriet

Harriet is a provisional psychologist who grew up in regional Australia and has had a lifelong curiosity for psychology and asking questions. Her strongest values are compassion and adventure. She tries to instil this in her work by creating a safe, strength-based approach for her clients while also sparking creativity and humour where appropriate.

She has worked in a variety of settings including hospital, crisis support and private practice using evidence-based modalities including CBT, ACT, Family Systems and narrative therapy. Harriet tries to remind clients that we are complex creatures and what might have worked for one person, may not work for another and that is completely okay.

Prior to her current work, Harriet worked in Public Relations across agencies in both Sydney and London for 10 years.

Outside of psychology, Harriet loves the outdoors and is a novice ocean swimmer, runner, tea drinker, music listener and sleeper – all the most important things.
