About Anna
Anna is passionate about helping individuals overcome their difficulties. She has a warm, direct and easy interactional style which puts people at ease and allows for a truly collaborate partnership in planning and delivering evidence-based interventions to bring about change.
Anna integrates different theoretical frameworks including attachment, family systems, learning theory, strengths-based, positive psychology, trauma awareness and mindfulness. She has worked in private and public mental health settings and has training and experience in different modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Family Therapy, and Couples Therapy.
Anna is a certified Marte Meo Practitioner, a trained DRUMBEAT Facilitator and has completed the Circle of Security Parenting Training.
Anna is approved by the Psychology Board of Australia to provide clinical supervision to other psychologists.
