We are very pleased to be offering both Face-to-Face appointments and Telehealth appointments. It is important to us to keep our service accessible to the community during these uncertain times.
Please read our safety and health measures for Face-to-Face clients.
If you develop COVID-like symptoms please notify our Admin team to cancel or change a Face-to-Face appointment to a telehealth appointment.
We encourage all clients and staff to practice social distancing when traveling to and from the clinic.
If you arrive early to your appointment please wait in your car or outside until the scheduled appointment time. Once it is your scheduled appointment time you can enter the waiting room. If this is not possible, please adhere to physical distancing rules in the waiting room.
Maintain physical distancing rules at all times (1.5 meters).
Excess chairs will be removed from the waiting room so that it is explicit where you can and cannot sit. No magazines or reading material will be available.
All toys and games will be removed from therapy rooms but children are encouraged to bring their own toys/drawing materials etc.
We ask that clients do not use the tea/coffee service but are welcome to bring their own flasks and drink bottles.
If you appear to be unwell (showing COVID like symptoms) you will be asked politely to leave the premise and seek medical advice.
Hand sanitiser will be placed in all rooms as well as disinfectant wipes. Clinicians will be taking extra cleaning measures in each room after each session.
Extra cleaning measures have also been implemented in all common areas, including reception, bathroom, and other high-contact areas. These measures include increased frequency of cleaning, emptying of bins, and increased use of commercial cleaners.
We encourage all clinicians and clients to download the Australian Government COVIDSafe App.
